Saving with MO ABLE

MO ABLE is a federally authorized savings program that empowers individuals with disabilities or medical conditions to save and invest without losing access to means-tested state benefits like Medicaid or SSI.
A MO ABLE account offers a trusted pathway to long-term financial security-helping plan for the future while supporting health, independence and personal goals.

Funds in a MO ABLE account grow tax-deferred and withdrawals are tax-free when used for qualified expenses such as housing, healthcare, education, travel or daily spending.
