Tom Hutson, Assistant Director of Employment Services, St. Louis Arc

Tom Hutson began his second career as a Job Developer over 30 years ago. He started at Life Skills Foundation, now Easter Seals Midwest, then moving to Missouri Job Corps before finding his spot at St. Louis Arc over 15 years ago. Tom was promoted to Assistant Director of Employment Services over 13 years ago. During his time at the Arc, Tom has been involved with the MRA in various capacities. Tom is the recipient of MRA’s President’s Award and The Impact Award. Tom will retire at the end of 2026.
