Coaching Conflict Resolution using the I-LEAN tool

If you work with people then you are going to encounter conflict.  With limited communication, social, and emotional regulation skills it is not uncommon to see reactions to conflicts that do not reflect the size or intensity of the problem.  This session will present iSocial's I-LEAN tool as an effective strategy for teaching and practicing how to effectively handle conflict.  Participants will have the opportunity to interact with the tool through case studies and application to participants own experiences.  Recordings of individuals participating in the iSocial session will also be shared.

Learning Objectives

  1. Identify the steps in the I-Lean model for conflict resolution

  2. Describe the elements related to successful problem solving
